Established in 1986, Al Rimah Medical Center has a fully equipped SPECIALIST OUTPATIENT facility. The main clinic is located at Rex Road, Ruwi. Al Rimah has two branches. One in Bank Muscat Building on Al Khuwair Street, Al Khuwair. The second is located at Al Tijary Street (Off Barakat Street) in 'Al Khoud.

Dental, Eye and Contact Lens clinic
Fully equipped dental unit headed by a dental surgeon to render all types of dental care including paediatric dental care, dental x-rays, restorative work.
The ophthalmology department headed by a well-qualified and experienced eye specialist has facilities for consultation, diagnosis and treatments for most ophthalmic conditions involving retinoscopy, applanation tonometry, foreign body removal, refraction etc. A contact lens clinic is also attached to the eye clinic.
Medical Clinic
Consultation in the fields of General Medicine (Physician and G.P.), Gynaecology & Obstetrics, Paediatrics, ENT and Orthopaedics as well as specialized services like ECG, EEG, Stress Test, Ambulatory Blood Pressure monitoring, Event Recorder, Pulmonary Function Test, Audiometry, Vaccination, ambulance etc. are offered.
Visiting Consultant services for Gastroenterology (including Video Endoscopy), Dermatology (including Laser / Botox treatment for skin conditions) and Endocrinology / Diabetology are also available.
Pathology
Up-to-date pathological laboratory capable of performing all types of tests on body fluids staffed by experienced technicians. Arrangements with Laboratoire Marcel Merieux, France, for sending samples for tests that cannot be done at our centre or those that require independent verification.
Pharmacy
Well-stocked in-house pharmacies at all locations.
Radiology & Ultrasonography
All types of X-rays including Barium Meal, Enema, IVP, Hsg and plain X-rays, General, Obstetric and Gynaecology related ultrasound services under a qualified Radiologist and Gynaecologist are offered.
Physiotherapy
Full-fledged physiotherapy services are offered at the main clinic under the care of a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist. World-class equipments have been installed to provided to excellent quality of physiotherapy care to our patients.
Today, our medical centre is well known as a provider of top quality outpatient medical services and lists among its corporate clients all the major organizations in the Sultanate of Oman.
