Areej Vegetable Oils and Derivatives (AVOD) S.A.O.G is a public limited company manufacturing and marketing top quality cooking oils, ghee, margarines, specialty fats and butter products.
The Company’s brands Minara, Sohar, Jabal Akhdar and Muscat Margarine are market leaders in Oman. Khafeef – the lightest frying oil in its class – was recently launched by the Areej, in a new revolutionary pack.
Areej products are marketed in the GCC as well as other countries through distributors. AVOD exports to 30 countries, from Canada in the North, to New Zealand in the South and USA in the west to Uzbekistan in the East.
