Bahar Oman Holdings is a Joint Venture between Omar Zawawi Establishment (OMZEST) and International Minerals Resources B.V. (IMR BV), one of the world’s largest private mining and metals investment groups based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
The Joint Venture, formed in February 2012, is the promoter of the following companies which are engaged in minerals extraction and related downstream processing activities in the Sultanate of Oman:-

2. Bahar Oman Metals and Allied Services LLC
