Mideast Integrated Drilling & Well Services Co. LLC (Midwesco) was established in October 1999 as a Joint Venture Company between OMZEST Group and Crosco Integrated Drilling & Well Services Co. Ltd. from Croatia.

Midwesco has been providing Workover, Drilling, Slickline, Non-corrosive Pumping and Coiled Tubing Services for Petroleum Development Oman LLC (PDO), Daleel Petroleum Company, Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, HUNT Oil, Aker Maritime, MB Petroleum and Occidental of Oman(OXY).

In September 2006 Midwesco successfully completed 7 years of "Provision of Well Services North Oman" Contract for Petroleum Development Oman with its 7 Workover Rigs, 8 Slickline Units and 2 Non-corrosive Pumps.

As of October 2006 Midwesco's 4 Workover rigs are providing "Well Abandonment Services" for PDO for the Period of 2 + 1 (optional) years.

The Company is managed by the Head Office in Muscat with support provided by the operation base in North & South Oman.

We operate in conformance to the higher degree requirement of QHSE, Maintenance and Logistical standards.

We have a workforce of about 300 and we are close to 70% Omanised.

We have developed Local Community Company (LLC) of the operation area during our 7 years Contract and the Company continues being one of our biggest subcontractors.
