Personal Real Estate Department (PRE) was established in 1975.
PRE Department looks after Leasing of premises for residential and commercial use, of the properties owned by Dr. Omar Zawawi.
PRE Department has a full maintenance team to take care of the regular maintenance of the various facilities.
OUR ACTIVITIES
- Acquisition of Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties and renting to the Group Companies, their Principals and outsiders.
- It also covers full maintenance of various facilities.
